## Description
Summary
Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage cost, schedule and performance parameters pertinent to the program and ensure all contractual requirements are met.
Report program information to relevant levels of the personnel through daily coordination and periodically during formal - In Progress Reviews (IPR).
Supervise and coordinate with the program team, ensuring that all facets of program management are applied to developing and ongoing efforts and are in compliance with all contractual requirements.
Work as part of the program support team, along with AAR personnel, who provide proper finance, contracting, human resourcing, compliance, and legal review on emerging and ongoing programs.
Participate in the development of new business and capture support.
Ensure program team is efficient and effective in all aspects of program development and execution.
Properly manage direct charge customer requirements.
Perform financial analysis, prepare specialized program and project budgets to include staffing and operational needs.
Develop an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) outlining critical schedule requirements pertaining to program.
Ensure contractual requirements are met while adhering to associated cost, schedule and performance parameters.
Monitor program budget; oversee financial well-being of the program.
Implement improvements to the program to meet changing mission parameters and requirements.
Provide the Executive Team with direct, complete and effective recommendations to ongoing challenges.
This position requires U.S. Security Clearance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
Required:
B.A/B.S. degree from accredited university in Business, Management and/or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
Masters Degree in Business Administration or Management.
Certification as Project Management Professional.
Skills & Experience
Required:
Minimum of four (4) years experience in aviation management.
At least three (3) years experience as a project/program manager.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio).
Preferred:
Experience in negotiation and customer support.
Ability to maintain strong customer relationships.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
