Job Description
Manager - This position is for a strong Financial System Project Manager and Functional Manager. This position will provide project management for projects approved on the 3 year financial systems roadmap. The position involves leading teams responsible for developing requirements and functional design documents, analyzing financial data, testing system changes, creating and updating user procedures and training manuals, configuring system tables, supporting on-call and developing user report. This position will manage a team of individual contributors both functional and technical responsible for application support across multiple systems including PeopleSoft, Hyperion, and Oracle Business Intelligence.
Qualifications
Requirements include PeopleSoft 9.0 experience and large project implementation/upgrade experience in Hyperion Planning or BI. College degree (Finance, Accounting, or related) required and a minimum 5 years of experience required in PeopleSoft Financials systems. Prior IS Project Management experience is required as is previous supervision of direct reports. Must work well in a team environment with technical and functional developers and operate at a peer-level with other functional managers. Must be able to operate as both an individual contributor and a team leader.
Additional skills
MS / MBA preferred. Preferred skills include demonstrated successful experience in a globally dispersed organization where project teams, direct reports, and supervisors are located in different locations, countries, and time zones.
