As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes - Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Communicate effectively with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics
Experience:
