We are continuously expanding our staff to keep up with Syncron's growth pace.
The purpose of the Technical Manager is to manage the technical department (productivity, efficiency, OEE, FPY) effectively.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Manage fixed assets and the preparation of proposals for investment in fixed assets.
Supervision of compliance with production plans related to technical support.
Management of the company's information technology.
Optimize processes, working methods and specifications.
Stop production in the event of serious deficiencies.
Oversee the use of corporate standards.
Effective management and continuous improvement of operations (productivity, efficiency, targets, KPIs, BSC, FPY, OEE).
EMS:
Implementation of corporate strategy.
Manage technical preparation of production.
Coordinate with other departments as needed for production planning to ensure the customer's deadlines are met.
Supervision of engineering department.
Any other reasonable tasks necessary to assure a success of current business as well as company growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years' experience in process management in EMS, electrical, mechanical, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word and Excel.
Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, & IATF16949.
Physical Requirements:
May be required to lift up to 25-50lbs.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Prolonged periods of standing (could be still or walking).
