Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the registered physical therapist, provides therapy assistance for assigned patients and accomplishes other related activities within the physical therapy office.
after specific training and demonstration of competencies, the aide may assist with provision of treatment as determined and prescribed by the supervising physical therapist within the boundaries of the aide job description.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Qualifications:
Interest in physical therapy or related medical field.
Multi-task.
Follow directions and use sound judgment in performing job related functions.
Communicate clearly and concisely with a respectful delivery.
Organize time and set priorities appropriately, demonstrating flexibility.
Assume responsibility in carrying out assigned tasks Maintain, clean, lift and move equipment demonstrating good body mechanics and sound judgment.
