Responsibilities:
Assist with the sales process by communicating with customers, prospects, and potential residents.
Meet and exceed established sales goals by working closely with the sales team.
Provide potential families with the highest level of customer service.
Contribute to a positive work environment that includes working cooperatively with other employees.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and be effective in using them.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all client information.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with internal clients as well as external customers.
