Essential Functions:
Perform new business activities leading Space Antenna Pursuits Work collaboratively with Engineering team to establish robust customer outreach and execute contact plans Leads early opportunity identification and qualification, followed by leading cross-functional teams as the opportunity progresses through proposal and award Lead and engage the Capture team (Capture manager, Program Management, Engineering, other functions) from Gate 1 through order booking Work collaboratively and effectively within new business teams and Space Antenna Business Area (SABA) leadership Accountability to shape and win new business with a keen focus on customer value, competitive landscape and discriminating offerings Lead and Drive Color Team Reviews, Gate processes, Win Strategy, Price to Win, Blackhats etc.
Tailor the L3Harris Business Acquisition Process (BAP)to best support the SABA business, gaining business and leadership buy-in to approach Lead Proposal Teams, overseeing and driving all aspects of proposal management Coordinate and Lead major events such as Pursuit Kick Offs, Color Teams, Win Strategies etc.
Analyze solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs etc) in conjunction with other customer requirements and communication to determine proposal structure Forecast and manage plan for discretionary needs (Direct Sell, Bid and Proposal etc.
) Excellent written and oral communication skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Active TS/SCI clearance Space Experience, technical acumen (RF payloads, antennas, etc.
) Proven ability to lead indirect, cross-functional teams Certification / training in L3Harris, Shipley, APMP, other industry-recognized practices for Capture and Proposal Management Disciplined, self-starting professional who can bring projects to closure with minimum direction, guidance and oversight Job Profile Matching Criteria:
