Essential Functions:
Seeking an established leader to take on an Enterprise Lead role overseeing a large portfolio of contracts, along with providing direct support to internal stakeholders on contract strategy, risk, and execution.
Responsible for RFP review and risk assessment, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities for assigned contracts/programs within an Enterprise oServes as the primary communication conduit between L3Harris and the respective customers oProvides a proactive voice in the business process and direct support to Enterprise Directors and business leaders oProvides proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications oAnalyzes material estimates, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness oPrepares bids and proposals oPrepares and conducts negotiations oProcesses specifications, progress report, and other reports oAbility to think critically, problem solve and work independently oDemonstrated ability to build relationships and work in a team environment oAbility to multi-task and determine priorities while working on multiple assignments oDedication to meet customer deadlines oAbility to negotiate contract terms and conditions with commercial and US Government customers oConducts change management process with internal team and communicate equitable adjustment rights to customers oUtilizes contract sales order system to record contract awards and modifications oAdvises management of contractual rights and obligations and strategy during pursuits/programs oCompiles and analyzes data as required Maintains historical information for assigned contracts Ability to clearly present information to broad audience, inclusive of management
Qualifications:
Top Secret/SCI Clearance Requires comprehensive level knowledge of job area.
May have in-depth knowledge of project management.
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Experience with FAR, DFAR, ITAR, EAR, CAS Experience with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Job Profile Matching Criteria:
