Apply today! As an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / SCHEDULING COORDINATOR at Massages with Purpose and Skin Care; essential duties include:
Scheduling and Organizing for multiple calendars for Massage Therapists and Estheticians.
Upholding Massages with Purpose and Skin Care's professional ethics and quality of care.
Maintain professional appearance at all times.
Creates excellent client and staff experience through friendly, uplifting, and supportive attitude.
Reliable and Dependable:
Must be on time and prompt to work the entire scheduled work shift with warm, professional and positive demeanor.
Maintain cleanliness of the office.
Receptionist Skills:
Answering phone calls, emails, Facebook messages, and text.
Inventory management of Esthetic and Therapeutic Supplies EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent required Deep sense of accountability, integrity and compassion Desire to learn and understand advanced technical skills Prior experience preferred Ability to create Marketing ads/ blogs for various therapies and facials.
