We are a fast-growing, dynamic team-oriented organization that provides a good work environment and growth.
With a busy front desk and the need for our medical receptionist to check in patients for multiple providers, while validating insurance and collecting copays, we need Front Desk Manager who is excellent and hands on.
He or she needs to manage our front desk staff members and do some shifts checking in patients.
You will be responsible for the following:
Manage the Front Desk team and its performance Manage the end of day analysis of copays and insurance verification Manage scheduling of appointments and check-ins/check-outs Manage patient check-ins and payments Manage patient scheduling and insurance verification Process insurance claims and insurance verification Process patient payments Maintain office equipment and supplies Keep the reception area and lobby neat, clean, organized, and well-stocked Assist with other duties as assigned by the team Requirements:
Must be able to handle all duties of checking in patients with excellence and speed, leading by example Must be able to train the team on the process.
Must understand and know insurance, copays, and insurance validation well Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with varying hours throughout the day.
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
