The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, researching legal issues, and managing client files.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who is motivated and eager to learn and grow in the legal field.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and pleadings.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, answer phones, set appointments.
Draft correspondence and memoranda.
Assist in the preparation of legal briefs, motions, and other documents.
Conduct factual investigations and interviews with clients, witnesses, and experts.
Experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate Closings, Medicaid Planning, Elder Law are most helpful.
