, is a network of tuition-free public charter schools serving 2,000 VPK and Kindergarten through 12th Grade students on two campuses in Brevard County, Florida.
We are now accepting applications for Elementary (K-5) and Jr/Sr High (6-12 all subjects) Teachers at Odyssey Charter School and Odyssey Preparatory Academy located in the City of Palm Bay, Florida.

JOB GOAL:
Responsible for two school kitchens, staff hires and oversight, menu preparation, NSLP documentation, and general management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:

1.
Facilitate with large-scale food production and meal service by following proper meal standards as required by local, state, and federal regulations, food safety guidelines, and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles and procedures.
2.
Develop written standardized recipes and instructions to ensure proper quality and quantity controls.
3.
Document food production, usage, and leftover portions for production records.
4.
Oversee the set-up, prepare, and breakdown various areas within the cafeteria prior to, during, and after food service.
5.
Oversee Point of Sale computer to properly identify a reimbursable meal, ensure proper student identification, and accurately record each customer's financial transaction.
6.
Oversee clean and maintain food preparation areas, storage areas, kitchen equipment, and tools, including washing dishes and utensils, assisting with recycling and emptying refuse as needed in the kitchen, and cleaning and maintaining kitchen floors.
7.
Maintain compliance with annual United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) mandatory training requirements and FNS district policies as outlined in employee handbook.
8.
Those designated as Relief Assistants must adhere to a fluctuating work schedule that varies in assigned location, time, and specific duties.
9.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
