He/She is a licensed sales agent responsible for selling homes in Palm Bay.
Essential Responsibilities Is Familiar with new home construction process and able to communicate with construction field managers.
Shows and sells homes to potential buyers and accompanies customers to homes.
Discusses features and options, and quotes purchase price and terms and conditions of sales.
Prepares builder sales contracts, communicates with buyers throughout construction process and assists in coordinating closing activities.
Maintains CRM System (Lasso) and proactively manages prospective buyers' information, traffic counts and other statistical data relevant to sales activities.
Develops and Maintains broker and realtor relationships.
Is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the (future) model home.
Selects floorplans and options for spec homes in coordination with company leadership.
Attends sales and marketing meetings, trade shows and association meetings.
Stays informed of market conditions, property values, and legislation which effects the residential home sale industry.
Creates monthly individual business plan and market analysis in selling location.

) Educated in mortgage financing Experience in Title and Closing process Familiarity with Lasso and MarkSystems is a plus Qualifications Education/experience Current Florida real estate license 2-3 years previous sales experience (New home construction experience a plus) High School diploma required.
