The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, excellent people skills, and preferably bilingual in English/Spanish.
Great communications skills are essential as you are the face of the office and first person patients meet.
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills required High school diploma/GED Provide exceptional customer customer service Greeting and welcoming patients to office general knowledge of administrative practices Great telephone etiquette Likes to have fun whiles making positive impact on patients lives Responsibilities Performing general officer duties such as answering phones, filing, faxing, and photocopying Scheduling all appointments such as follow ups, rescheduling, or canceling when needed Assisting patients with documents that need to be filled out Preparing patients charts and schedules Communicating with medical insurance providers verifying patients coverage and copays Verifying methods of payment and collecting required payments at time of service We offer:
