Due to rapid expansion we are in need of an experienced Service Advisor Must have great customer skills, as CSI scores are a top priority Offer great pay plan for the right individual with benefits Great work environment in a modern facility Responsibilities Answers phones and online inquiries Schedules appointments and conducts follow-ups with no-shows Greets customers in a professional manner and assists them with their requests Maintains communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with service Ensures customers are informed of company promotions Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school diploma Work Remotely No Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
